Our completely self-contained mobile shredding trucks will shred your documents at your place of business. Everything stays on the truck and doesn't interfere with your daily operations. Materials can be staged or we will retrieve them from any location. Clients are welcome to witness the shredding process at their back door or loading dock area. A Certificate of Destruction is issued at the time of service.

Free Secure Collection Containers

Make certain your records are inaccessible while they're awaiting destruction. Document Destruction, Inc. offers a full line of security containers, free of charge, to collect your documents between service calls. Whether you need one, or one hundred containers, our security personnel will collect the contents for either on-site or off-site confidential destruction. A regular pickup schedule can be arranged so you don’t have to remember to contact us.

Scheduled Services (Automatic) or Call-In (Purge)

Our Scheduled Service is specifically designed to manage the destruction of confidential information, that every business or organization generates, on a regularly scheduled basis. Whether you need us once a week or twice a month, our uniformed, bonded Customer Service Representatives will arrive at your location to empty the contents of your consoles and immediately begin destroying them on-site. Total security could not be easier.-

Call-in services are for those companies that have sporadic shredding needs. Whether it is tax records, client files or that once-a-year spring cleaning, this service is for you.

Uniformed and Fully Insured Personnel

Our security personnel are carefully screened and background checked, and thoroughly trained to handle sensitive information. Every employee must also sign a Continuing Obligation Confidentiality Agreement.

A Custodial Audit Trail

We will provide you with a detailed pick up ticket, invoice, and a Certificate of Destruction certifying the time and date your materials were destroyed.

Recycling of Shredded Materials

We recycle 100% of your shredded documents. It is bundled and delivered to mills where the pulp is extracted to make recycled paper.
